How many children can fit in the moonwalks?
This depends on the age of the children who will be using the Moonwalk.  On average, the 15X15 Moonwalk can hold 4 to 12 children at once.

What ages are appropriate for the equipment?
Our Moonwalks are appropriate for ages 2 to adult.

What if it rains?
Unfortunately, we are unable to set up inflatable equipment if it is raining or there are high winds.

Can you set up indoors?
Yes as long as the ceiling heights are appropriate.

How can I place a reservation?
To place your reservation, please call us at (704) 737-0639.  We will check your equipment availability and be able to get all necessary information to send you your Lease Agreement.

Do you set up in parks?
Yes.  As long as the county parks and recreation department allows us to do so, and there is an ample power source.

Can you set up on my driveway?
Yes.  We do prefer to set up in a grassy area since it is easier to secure the unit.  However, we are able to set up on driveways, parking lots, etc.  We will not set up on gravel driveways.

What time do you deliver and pick up the equipment?
Depending on the type of equipment you have rented, we will arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your start time to set up.  This gives us enough time to set up and go over  the rules and regulations before your event begins.  If  you have rented more than one piece of equipment, we will arrive earlier.

How far in advance do I need to place my reservation?
We recommend that you place your reservation as soon as you know your event day, time, and place.  The sooner you do, the better your chances are of getting the equipment you want when you want it.

My party is tomorrow!  Can I get a rental?
Maybe.  Give us a call and we will do our best to work you in if we have equipment available.

Can I keep the equipment overnight?
Unfortunately, we are unable to leave our equipment out overnight due to the risk of vandalism and theft.

Can I pick up the bouncer myself for a cheaper rate?
No.  We do not offer this service because of liability issues.

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to most of Mecklenburg and Union County at no additional charge.  Limited delivery is available to Lancaster County as well.  Please call to find out if you are in our delivery area.
